Photography for Luton Culture's New Website

Photography is something I am passionate about and I found myself doing the role of a photographer more often. This time me and Elliot were commissioned to produce a database of images that would be used for the new Luton Culture website.

The scale of this project was very large, it took us more than ten days to visit all locations, including libraries, parks and museums. We had a list of photographs that had to be captured. Lots of candid shots, lots of faces, smiles, interactions between staff and clients.

We used a number of models to recreate some of the setups, for instance, conference rooms, wedding day scenarios etc.

Working with children was fantastic. We had quite a few child actors and performers who loved having their photos taken. However, majority of the time, I captured children playing or doing some other activity. We ensured that the consent by a parent is given at all times.

Overall, more than two thousand carefully chosen and edited photos were delivered to the client. It was a challenging but very much rewarding project. I can’t wait to see these pictures on the brand new website!
